1. Acceptance

By using tgkit.io you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

tgkit provides free utilities that interact with Telegram's public APIs. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of returned data, or continuous availability of any specific tool. The service is provided "as is".

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use tgkit to harass, dox, or harm any individual.
• Scrape, bulk-query, or otherwise automate the backend tools beyond the published rate limits without prior written agreement.
• Use tgkit data to build a competing index or service that bypasses our rate limits or terms.
• Use tgkit for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating Telegram's own Terms of Service.

4. No affiliation with Telegram

tgkit is an independent project. We are not Telegram Messenger Inc. and do not represent ourselves as such. "Telegram" and its logos are trademarks of Telegram Messenger Inc.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tgkit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and via the URL hash #terms-changed for 30 days.
